JLS-Toilet Bowl Shackles
When pointing out these shackles may be used either in the toilet bowl hooking onto the rim for a two handed lift, one hand on the handle and the other on the tank to steady it, or it may be used on the neck of the toilet by turning the shackles in instead of out.
It may also be used as a one handed tote for tankless toilets or unassembled toilets. Make sure no red is showing on the locking pin before lifts. Remember Safety first.
JLS-TBS top view
JLS-Toilet Bowl Shackles top view when properly positioned for toilet bowl lift. This is a two handed lift on fully assembled tanked toiletsOne hand on the handle and one hand on the toilet tank because of the balancing point.
On tankless toilets this is a one handed lift due to it's balance point.
JLS-TBS position
JLS-Toilet Bowl Shackles are shown here in their position under the lip of the rim when used for lifting toilets from the bowl.
These shackles may also be used for Toilet Neck lifts. See other illustrations.
JLS-TBS diaginal position
JLS-Toilet Bowl Shackles may be used in a diagonal position if one prefers this position or for a two person lift. Each person would stand on either side, grasp the handle with one hand and the tank with the other on fully assembled tanked toilets.
JLS-TBS diaginal position for one person lift
JLS-Toilet Bowl Shackle can be placed diagonally if one chooses for a one person lift. In the arrangement the lifter would be standing on the short side of the JLS. One hand on the JLS-The Toilet Toter and one hand on the tank to steady it.
JLS-TNS right hand position
JLS-Toilet Neck Shackles are placed on the neck of the toilet on one piece and fully assembled toilets with tanks. This allows for a one handed balanced lift. Most people prefer to place their hand between the tank and JLS-The Toilet Toter to help balance the toilet as it will have a slight lean towards the bowl. The lifter would stand on the short side of the JLS-The Toilet Toter for a right handed lift.
JLS-Toilet Neck Shackle left hand position
JLS-Toilet Neck Shackle is positioned here for a left handed lift. The lifter would place their hand between the tank and the JLS-The Toilet Toter when grasping the handle on one piece and fully assembled tanked toilets.

JLS-TNS two person position
When using the JLS-Toilet Neck Shackle it can be used as a one handed carry or for a two person lift. When doing a two person lift make sure to leave enough handle on each side for each person to grasp as shown here. When using it as a one handed lift make sure the opposite side you're standing on has the extra length, you'll be grasping the JLS-The Toilet Toter from the middle. Make sure no red is showing on the locking pin before lifting, safety first.
JLS-TNS proper position
When using the JLS-Toilet Neck Shackles to lift the toilet make sure it's positioned as shown, if the seat is still attached. It may be used without the seat just drop the bolts through the hole so the JLS-Shackles have a secure hold. When the bolts are attached after placing the shackles around the bolts spread the collars as far apart as possible to lock against the bolts for a secure hold.
When using the JLS-Toilet Net Shackles without the bolts slide the shackles towards each other to make a secure fit on the sides of the neck. This is used for fully assembled
JLS-TNS ready position
JLS-Toilet Neck Shackles when positioned properly will remain secure and ready when needed for lifting. Here is how it should stand when positioned properly.
